Installation at a Glance
- Prepare the kiln – clean the shell and verify the kiln diameter before assembling the machine.
- Assemble the arch – position the arch components and fix them with the pin shaft system for a stable double-arch structure.
- Mount the trolley – install the trolley on the rails and secure the braking pulleys with anti-derailing devices.
- Connect pneumatics – link the air filter unit, master valves and pneumatic cylinders; check air pressure of 90–120 psi.
- Load and verify – load bricks, test the safety check valve, and confirm the platform moves parallel to the kiln axis.
