Which kiln diameters do your bricking machines support?
Rotary kilns from 1800 mm to 6000 mm inner diameter: QZJ1.8KT-1 (1800–2400 mm), QZJ2.5KT-1 (2500–4000 mm), QZJ5KT-1 (4000–5000 mm) and QZJ10KT-1 (5000–6000 mm). Custom machines can be engineered to your exact kiln diameter.
Are your bricking machines CE certified?
Yes. The QZJ series bricking lining machines are fully CE-certified, with safety check valves, fall guards and anti-derailment fixtures built in for operator safety.
Can you build a custom bricklaying machine for my kiln?
Yes. We tailor the working radius, arch frame width and height, component modules and mobility to your kiln diameter range, wall height and automation preference.
How are the machines packed and shipped?
Machines are disassembled into major components and securely fixed inside a reinforced steel crate of 330×180×200 cm (approx. 2300 kg packed) — suitable for sea or land transport, with packing lists, assembly instructions and safety guidelines included.
Do you provide spare parts and after-sales support?
Yes. Every machine ships with a comprehensive toolbox and long-term spare parts kits (1 or 2 years optional). Our team provides installation guidance, operator training and maintenance support.
How fast can the machine be installed on site?
The modular pin assembly system enables setup in under 2 hours with an experienced crew; the machine reaches a bricklaying speed of up to 1 meter per hour with a skilled operator.
