To ensure safe and efficient delivery, MTRIX bricklaying machines are disassembled and professionally packaged for transport. Each machine is broken down into its major components and securely loaded into a custom-built steel container with dimensions of 330 cm (L) × 180 cm (W) × 200 cm (H).
Packaging Details
- Component Disassembly – The bricklaying machine is carefully disassembled into manageable parts, including the frame, legs, arch structure, electrical components, and hydraulic systems.
- Steel Container – All components are placed into a reinforced steel crate designed specifically to fit the full set of parts. The crate is resistant to corrosion and suitable for sea or land transport.
- Internal Securing – Inside the container, all components are individually fixed and braced using custom mounts, foam padding, and locking mechanisms to prevent movement and potential damage during transit.
- Weight & Balance – The total packaged unit weighs approximately 2300 kg. Load distribution is optimized to maintain balance and stability during lifting, loading, and transport.
- Labeling & Documentation – Each component is clearly labeled and matched with detailed documentation, including a packing list, assembly instructions, and safety guidelines for reinstallation at the destination.
