MTRIX, a leading innovator in construction automation, has announced a significant upgrade to its bricklaying machines exceeding 4 meters in height. These improvements are designed to enhance operational stability, efficiency, and safety on complex job sites.
As part of the upgrade, the machines' legs are now equipped with hydraulic jacks, providing greater stability and adjustability during setup and operation. This addition ensures that the machines can adapt more precisely to uneven terrain, reducing setup time and enhancing safety for operators.
Furthermore, the arch frame (gantry system) of the machines has been enhanced with a new electric lifting mechanism. This feature allows for smoother, more precise vertical adjustments, enabling easier handling of high-elevation bricklaying tasks. The electric lifting system not only improves efficiency but also reduces manual labor and potential mechanical risks.
“These upgrades reflect our ongoing commitment to engineering excellence and customer feedback,” said Steven at MTRIX. “By integrating hydraulic and electric innovations, we are making our large-scale bricklaying machines more adaptive, robust, and user-friendly than ever before.”
The upgraded machines are now available for order and deployment on both domestic and international projects.
