Platform Assembly for Pneumatic Rig in Cement Industry for Rotary Kilns

Firstly Connect Arm and Guild Rail，insert the telescopic beam into the Rack.

Stand upright 2 Racks with workers,then put the Beam into the slot in the Rack, insert pin (Ø18 round) to connect Beam with Rack, then the R type pin is inserted into the pin hole and fixed. Waiting for the next step.

Firstly, assemble the Inclined leg with the Rack. The Inclined Legs are inserted into the Rack and the pins are inserted into the corresponding holes according to the Drawings, and then fix the R-type pins into the hole.Four casters is installed into the same position. Pull down the positioning pin, turn and adjust casters to the Axial direction of the rotary kiln. Waiting for the next step.

Depending on the different kiln diameter, the numbers of arch support components can only be changed by increasing or decreasing segments quantity on both sides.
