Arc Frame Components Assembly and Adjustment

Depending on the different kiln diameter, the numbers of arch support components can only be changed by increasing or decreasing segments quantity on both sides. Depending on the setted diameter, using the full or half arch base segments (numbers A1-A2) according to the Drawing, other sections are adjusted equally from left to right. Adjust the radians according to the drawings with adjustment bolts(17.1.2-01). Loosening arch connecting bolt(17.1.2-01 M12*340) with a wrench to the specified position showed on Item 10 Drawings.Tighten the bolt after adjustment.
