How to install Brick Lining Machine

1.Before assembling the machine ,the inferior partial rotary kiln should be laid in with fire-proof brick for the location of assembling the machine. (The length of 4 meters).
2. Please install inclined leg (No. 8) into mouth of rack inclined tube on the location of graph.
3.Please install the arm  into mouth of the rack horizontal pipe, and insert the pin on the location of graph, respectively. 
4 Please connect the beam and rack with pins fixing ,and then connect horizontal bar .
5 Install guide rail  and arm  with M20 bolts fixing.
6 Respectively, install the inclined tube  and adjust the height and width, so that the force are tightened at both ends .
7 By sketch, respectively, install middle-tube and the side-tube .
8 Respectively, pull out the side-tube ,insert the facing bolt into Guide rail hole, with plug fixed from the outside. asthis.net
9 Pull out the ladder from one end of the Guide ,and set up the escalator.
10 Add the grid net of step, and add the block on both sides.
11 Install the guide pulley, which be fixed in one end board of the guide .
12 Connect arc frame and install arc frame parts, then adjust the arc to the actual usable size with adjustment bolt parts.
13 Connect the right and left arc seat of the arc frame with pulley  .
